The Association of Chinese Geneticists in America (ACG) and the Journal of Translational Genetics and Genomics (JTGG) have formed a collaborative partnership. JTGG is now the official affiliated journal of ACG.
JTGG is a peer-reviewed international journal covering a wide range of human genetics and genomics topics. Its focus includes molecular and clinical genetics, epigenetics, pharmacogenomics, biochemistry, bioinformatics, oncology, artificial intelligence, and health policy. The journal aims to promote the translation of fundamental scientific discoveries into clinical applications.
This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone for ACGA and JTGG. Through this partnership, JTGG is now recognized as an official affiliated journal of ACGA, demonstrating our shared commitment to scientific excellence, collaborative engagement, and the advancement of human genetics and genomics.
As part of this partnership, ACGA and JTGG will collaborate on various fronts. This includes co-hosting academic and professional conferences, seminars, and workshops; publishing ACGA-sponsored issues; offering discounted article processing charges (APC) for ACGA members publishing in JTGG; promoting joint events and publications through websites, newsletters, and social media to enhance the global visibility of both organizations; and providing opportunities for ACGA members to serve on the JTGG editorial board.
“This official partnership with JTGG aligns with ACGA’s mission as a vibrant academic and professional community that fosters scholarly exchanges, collaboration, networking, and leadership in genetics and genomics. We encourage all members to fully leverage the opportunities presented by this partnership through publishing, peer reviewing, and participating in joint events.” Said Liming Bao, ACGA President.
